    Home With Hope Inc
The Home With Hope Program is a three phase program. The first of these phases is when clients are first admitted to the program and placed on “house arrest” for a minimum of 30 days. During this period of time the client’s day is highly structured. They are only allowed to leave the facility grounds for 12-step meetings, work or job search, medical and legal appointments. They are woken up at 6:30 in the morning and have to be in bed at 11:00 at night. They have are assigned daily and weekly chores, among other things. The second phase of the program begins after being recommended for “permanent resident” status by a review committee of their peers and then being evaluated and approved by staff. For most of the men this phase also means moving from the men’s facility to the apartments (when they move to the apartments is dependent on space availability, as well as staff evaluation of the individual client). At this point the client is generally employed and there is less structure in their daily lives. Their daily comings and goings during non-curfew hours are for the most part unrestricted, however still monitored by staff through our sign in/sign out procedures. They still have a curfew requiring them to remain in their apartments during curfew hours. The third phase of the program is the Day Reporting phase for our clients who have completed the other phases. During this phase the client moves out of HWH facilities into a place of their own, but they are still held accountable for their actions. This accountability includes: reporting daily, random drug screens, case management, home visits, monitoring 12-step attendance and work schedules. Once Day Reporting has been completed, the client will graduate from the program with a successful completion certificate.
