About life:

Pain is manditory, suffering is optional.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results, but doing the same thing over and over when we know the results and doing it anyway is stupidity.Huh?

It's always OK in the end, if it's not, then it's not the end.

I'll never be able to drink successfully, and I will always think that I can.

Humility is not about frequently thinking less of me, it is about thinking of me less frequently.

Thouroughly have we see a person fail who rarely works a program.

God created spiritualality, man created religion.

I LOVE this post!  We can build on this forever!  I keep a Recovery Journal that I take to each meeting and write down things I hear that I want to remember.   Here are a few....

"If you have a problem and you drink over it ~ you have two problems"

"Change is a process ~ not an event"

"A sure formula for failure is trying to please everyone"

"When we surrender to our Higher Power ~ the journey begins"

"Life is...drawing without an eraser"

What a novel idea.  A Recovery Journal to take to meetings.

So many journals, so little time!
