Yup, that's me. Been qiute a while since I felt that craving to spend my hard earned cash on crack. My life has changed in so many ways. The biggest is that I am now attending college at the age of 48 and I plan on growing for a very long time.
I would love to talk with any one who still suffers or has overcome the addiction to crack. It can be done and i am proof.
If you don't see me here, please feel free to send me an e-mail...recoveredcrackhead at yahoo.
Till next time be well.
Larry
Tho' I am cut Iam not slain, so I shall lie down and bleed a bit and rise again to fight another day.
Just finished my first year of college. Chemical dependancy Counseling. Doing fairly well for a recovered drug addict. Made the vice-presidents list last semester, missed it by a tenth of a piont (GPA), Can't wait for next semester.

Anyway always peace and the grace of God!! If you are new to recovery, just coming around or just coming back,WE do have a message of hope and a promise of freedom,it involves our only requirement for membership,a desire to stop drinking/using and some daily work guided by a Power greater than you(your choice).Have a blessed and productive day
