What is up with the drug ads? I am getting 30 to 40 a day in my e-mail. How do I get these to stop?

Yes, what is with the drug ads? They are very annoying and just because of the annoyance I would never use them. Improper spelling is usually indicative of a fly by night operation anyhow, as I have never went to the doctor for a perscription.
This site has always been a great place for people with real troubles and shouldn't be used to flog products.
