Hi there!

Hope all of you are doing well this November!  This is a time of year when we say what we are Thankful for.  I will do mine and then the rest of you can feel free to share also.  There has been a lack of participation on this site.

I am grateful to the people who have come and gone in my life for a moment, a minute, a hour, a day, a month or two or who have been here for years!  I've learned a lot of things from all of you!  I would never change a thing, okay maybe be a little nicer.

I am grateful for PAW,Clinton,Mike F, and the people I talk to on here!!

I am grateful to be alive and healthy, and have a family that loves me and I love them.

I am grateful that my Dad is with us this Thanksgiving!!  His cancer is in remission now, and his blood levels went back up to 11.7.  No other problems lately!!

I am grateful that I am sober  and had great people help me along the way! =)

I am grataeful that I have a place to talk when I need some support.  How about you?

  Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Hello Ann,great to see ya!!

I am truly grateful for the relationship with the God of my understanding who has allowed me  to make the choice to live or die many years ago!  It is through His grace and mercy that I am here or anywhere for that matter.!

For the love of my family,my children(20 year olds and mid 40 year olds) and all those who stayed with me through 25 years of the " WAR 'and even more so through my 25 years,11 months and 24 days(whose counting) of uninterrupted freedom from active addiction, yes that is you Ann,and Clint and Pat and  Larry and all others here on this forum who share in a loving a caring manner, one helping another through honesty, open mindedness and sometimes a good swift kick in the butt(sure need that at times!!:) 'GET BACK IN THE SOLUTION SON"!!!(thats me ,telling me!!)

For my health and ability  to continue doing things I enjoy, and the ability to know when its time "to go home'!!!

To be able to apply spiritual principles in my life, continue to show up to grow up and give back through service in the fellowships I attend.

To have a support network, beside my ultimate sponsor, the God of my understanding ,who are there to help when I seek it!

To my family here ,there and everywhere,I wish you peace strength and a reminder that we are vessels of hope,by working our own process ,we can share the life of joy(in good times or not so good) with those still sick and suffering and carry our message through our actions, not just our words.

Glad your Dad is here for the Holiday ,truly a blessing!!

Peace my friends,I will see you on the rebound!!Cool

I am thankful that my Dad is doing ok. Wish he was more mobile but he is over 91.  Am grateful for family and friends and support Zack and I have. New friends and old friends.  I am thankful that I had time to spend with the most wonderful man, (to me anyway), in the world.  Grateful that Zack is growing into a good man and doing well in school. I guess I sound like I take my sobriety for granted someimes, but I AM grateful for it. And I hope that the time I"ve spent on site here has at least helped one person.

today is the next step in the journey......paw
