The Bridge provides supportive living environments for men and women who desire a drug and alcohol free life. Our charming, fully furnished 2 bedroom apartments are located in beautiful Delray Beach and Boca Raton, Florida. We are conveniently situated near shopping, employment, recreation, and 12-step meetings.

Our residences are Master’s level Social Worker managed with extensive experience in addiction issues. The Bridge is a place where individuals can truly enjoy their recovery.

Our goal is not to be a treatment center but help our resident’s transition from inpatient to independent living. With this in mind we are going to offer each resident a safe, healthy, sober and structured environment to implement daily living skills. The following is the mission statement and philosophy each resident sees at the time of admission: Healing Properties Philosophy:We find that by living the principles of the program of Alcoholics Anonymous in our daily lives our residents have become accountable and responsible members of the sober living community and society. Healing Properties, Inc. (HPI) believes that the byproduct of working with a sponsor, working the steps, going to meetings and interacting with sober supports makes the rules that we enforce almost inconsequential. Our goal is to have a community where the life experiences of our residences can be an example to the others within our community, where they can build from each other’s recovery path. HPI is determined to be the best sober living community available, not just striving to exceed others, but genuinely basing (to the best of our abilities) our philosophies on the principles and the traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. <u>Healing Properties Mission</u>:It is our mission to provide a safe, clean and healthy living environment for persons recovering from the disease of alcoholism/addiction. We offer sober housing in a centrally located area of Delray Beach close to meetings, jobs, Atlantic Avenue and the Beach. We require involvement in 12 step programs and provide random drug and alcohol testing. We are dedicated to assisting our residents in every way possible to achieve a productive and successful livelihood while at Healing Properties. We reserve the right to be extremely selective in our screening process and are interested in residents who are motivated and serious about their recovery.

Lotus Recovery Residence is organized around a single mission: to promote change and growth into a healthy lifestyle through structure, guidance and support. Our six gender-specific, multi resident homes are located throughout charming Delray Beach Florida. All of our homes offer convenient access to local employment opportunities, shopping, dining, beaches and the two recovery houses of Delray. The early stages of sobriety can be challenging, with this in mind, we work hard to provide safe and comfortable residential environments for the men and women who commit themselves to a better way of life.
