Our spacious office includes group rooms, dinning areas, meditation room, crafts room, and individual offices for various therapists, psychologists, dietitians, and exercise physiologist. In this environment, clients begin to recognize life situations and issues that trigger eating disorder behaviors, and they can process their experiences with their peers and staff in order to gain insight and increase control over their symptoms. Our structured programs include individualized treatment plans, small groups, individual therapy sessions, sessions with dietitians and exercise physiologist, homework assignments, nutrition education, body image work, and specific guided imagery.
