Capstone is a licensed residential treatment program serving troubled young men (14-24) who struggle with substance abuse, family conflict, and personal problems including loss, hurt, anger, abuse, depression, low self-esteem, defiance and a rebellious attitude. The average length of stay is approximately 3–3.5 months.

It is our conviction that drinking became the problem when it was used to seek relief from many underlying issues. Our treatment philosophy is that the root of the problem requires identification so that it can be treated, leading to recovery. For this process to occur, an individualized treatment plan is developed for each Williamsville Wellness client.
