Rimrock Trails has been serving adolescents and their families for nearly two decades and has evolved into what has been considered a leader in the industry. Rimrock Trails proudly provides a wide range of accessible, coordinated and well-integrated services in a unique, comfortable therapeutic environment. We are a values-based program promoting holistic treatment that includes social, emotional, physical and spiritual growth. All education and treatment services are evidence based, designed exclusively for adolescents and include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Contingency Management, Twelve Step facilitation and interventions from the Matrix and Cannabis Youth Treatment Series. Services are based on a continuum of care model and include progressively intensive program elements in order to meet the level of addiction experienced by each youth. Addiction affects the entire family. We have found that treatment success increases with family participation and we encourage all members of the family to commit to the process of recovery. Rimrock Trails Adolescent Treatment Services is a nonprofit organization licensed by the state of Oregon to provide addiction treatment to adolescents age 12-17 with a primary dependence on alcohol and/or other drugs. Rimrock Trails is recognized as a co-occurring (dual-diagnosis) competent program capable of delivering acceptable and appropriate services. Rimrock Trails offers treatment in compliance with the following American Society for Addiction Medicine (ASAM) levels of care: Level 0.5: Early Intervention Level I: Outpatient Treatment Level II.I: Intensive Outpatient Treatment Level III.5: Clinically Managed Medium Intensity Residential Treatment

In Balance Ranch Academy is a therapeutic boarding school specializing in the treatment of young men, ages 13-17, who suffer from drug and alcohol abuse and other co-occurring disorders. This program is a unique and effective blend of both therapy and the 12-step model; two components that are vital to a successful recovery. There is a strong experiential and adventure-based component that provides alternative ways for young men to gain insight into their lives. Additionally, In Balance Ranch provides young men with an opportunity to continue working on their education as the program has an accredited high school program that works with each individual to meet their own unique educational needs. In Balance Ranch houses up to 45 students, allowing each young man to build strong and supportive relationships with peers. The clinical staff at In Balance Ranch are all master’s level therapists, experienced in treating substance abuse and other mental health issues in individual, family and group therapies, to create lasting change for students and their families.. Additionally, many of the staff members are in recovery themselves, which allows the students to have positive role models and to see that life long recovery is attainable.

The New Direction, a turn of the century Catskill Mountain farmhouse, on two hundred acres, is a Guest House for the intermediate care of alcoholics and addicts. Since 1977, we have provided the still functioning alcoholic/addict with the necessary tools for recovery. We offer a compassionate,supportive,vigorous educational program, focused on the Twelve Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous. We are a small,private pay facility that remains affordable, at $4,900.00 for twenty-one days. Our valued reputation in the addiction field has always been based on the client's needs. Little Hill Alina Lodge has been dedicated to helping the alcoholic and addict since 1957 and specializes in treating chronic relapse clients. We are a 95 bed, long term, residential rehabilitation center for chemically addicted/dual diagnosed men and women, 18 years of age or older. Emphasis is placed on developing rigorous self-honesty and learning appropriate self-care skills. Our philosophy is a 12 Step, spiritually based program with comprehensive step work and AA/NA attendance as the backbone of a student’s recovery and aftercare program.
